Refund policy
1. What We Sell
Everything in our YouTube Store is digital—e-books, PDFs, audio/video files, and access to live virtual sessions. Nothing ships in a box and nothing can be “sent back.”
2. Digital Downloads & Streaming Content

All sales are final. Once your payment clears and the file or stream is made available, the purchase can’t be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

If a link fails or a file is corrupted, email admin@debbicarberry.com.au within 7 days. We’ll replace the file or restore your access—no extra cost, no fuss.
3. Live Sessions (Workshops, Q&As, 1-to-1 Calls)

Your spot is confirmed at checkout. Because seats are limited, a missed session is still a paid session.

Need to reschedule? Give us at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing admin@debbicarberry.com.au. We’ll do our best to move you to the next available slot. Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show = no refund.
4. EU 14-Day “Cooling-Off” Rule
Under EU consumer law, the right to withdraw doesn’t apply once you:

Receive immediate access to digital content, and

Tick the box confirming you waive that right.
Our checkout requires this confirmation, so EU cooling-off rules do not apply to our digital products.
5. Technical Glitches & Wrong Files
If we’ve sent you the wrong download or a link that doesn’t work, let us know within 7 days. We’ll put it right—fast.
