Welcome to Debbi Carberry. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our digital content or services, you agree to the terms below.

If you don’t agree with them, don’t use the site or purchase anything. We keep things simple, but we still have to say it.

 

1. WHO WE ARE

This store and site are operated by Debbi Carberry and powered by Shopify. All products sold are digital—nothing physical is shipped. Our services include downloads (like PDFs and audios), online workshops, and group or one-to-one sessions.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You must be over the age of majority in your area to use this store. You’re responsible for keeping your account details secure and for anything that happens under your login. If you give us incorrect info when purchasing, we can’t fix what we don’t know about.

3. WHAT WE SELL

All of our products are digital and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This includes:

  • Ebooks, audio files, video replays

  • Online workshops and group sessions

  • One-to-one coaching sessions

Miss a live session without 24 hours’ notice? That session is forfeited. No refunds. No rescheduling.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices are listed in AUD and may change at any time. Taxes (if applicable) are added at checkout. You’re responsible for using valid, up-to-date payment info. If your payment fails, the transaction won’t go through.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

There are no returns on digital products. Once you’ve accessed the file or session, it’s yours.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content you purchase is for your personal use only. You can’t share, resell, or reuse it in any commercial way without written permission. That includes PDFs, videos, worksheets, session recordings, and everything on this site.

7. FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them in future marketing or materials. By submitting, you’re giving us permission to do that. You won’t be compensated, but we appreciate it.

8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We sometimes use third-party tools (like payment systems or video platforms). We can’t be held responsible for their bugs, downtime, or privacy policies. Use them at your own risk.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We're not responsible for any damage—emotional, financial, or technical—arising from using our site, services, or products. Nothing in our content is a substitute for therapy, medical, or legal advice.

 

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to cancel your access to services or products if you violate these terms or misuse our content. You’ll still be responsible for any payments due.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in local courts.

12. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. It’s your job to check back from time to time. If the changes are significant, we’ll let you know by email or site notice.
